Refund Policy:

-Non refundable deposit/reservation fee

-Refunds may be requested up to 3 days after an installment payment is made for payments made post deposit/reservation fee. On the 4th day the installment in question is no longer refundable.

Flights & Insurance:

-Flights are not included. It is the travelers responsibility to arrange & book their flights. Any travelers insurance or protection plans should be considered but isn’t required and is the responsibility of the traveler to secure.

Health & Liability Waiver:

In the event you are injured while traveling and/or participating in any capacity to/in any holiday/vacation arranged by Elite Eventz, LLC, you agree to assume all financial obligations for any and all medical costs. By submitting your deposit you acknowledge that you and all members of your party are of sound health; and any physically strenuous activities are at the full discretion and liability of the traveler(s).  

Photo, Video & Media Release:

By signing up and remitting payment for any Meet Up Trips/Travel organized by Elite Eventz, LLC you do hereby release and grant permission to Elite Eventz, LLC its employees, or agents to have the right to take photographs, videotape, or digital recordings of you through-out the duration of the trip and use these images in any and all media, now or hereafter known, and exclusively for the purpose of marketing including, but not limited to both electronic and print form publicly or privately and to market and sell copies.
