Day of Coordination

 

Coordination services starting 6 weeks prior to your wedding, designed for the couple who have already put all the pieces together, but would like to sit back and enjoy their wedding day as they’ve envisioned. 

 

This will consist of two meetings, to collect and review all of your vendor contracts and walk through the final itinerary and event details.  Our team will prepare a detailed itinerary that coordinates the setup & breakdown of all vendors and all the activities of both your ceremony and reception.   Your Associate Coordinator will be there to guide you along the way for both the rehearsal and the big day.

Partial Service Planning & Coordination

 

 

This collection includes everything from the Duke & Duchess Collection in addition to the planning process along the way.  This planning and coordination collection is for the engaged couple whose hectic lifestyles or demanding work schedules are such that they don’t have the 250+ hours readily available to pull together all of the details of their wedding. 

 

We schedule all of your vendor appointments, prepare a detailed budget, assist in event design, provide you with the Elite Wedding Planning Essentials Binder which is full of tools, resources, and information, and an additional assistant to help with the process.

This collection includes everything that the Prince & Princess Collection has, but the list goes on and on.  You also receive  all of the bells & whistles; unlimited meetings, assistance with all of the little details such as attire selection, 2 planning and preparation meetings with your entire wedding party, website creation, we’ll receive and record your RSVPs, and guest concierge services for all of your out-of-town guests!
