After planning luxury destination wedding celebrations for clients over the past 13 years; I’ve finally decided to step out on faith and extend the brand a bit. I’ve been planning trips filled with adventure for my clients & girl trips with my friends for years but never thought to provide it as a planning service to others until now. This extension will now allow for the planning of non-wedding related trips be it, solo, group or meet ups.
One key component that helps guide me on where to go and what to do when I get there is my bucket list! Yes, you read it right I am a major bucket-lister and yup it's all actually typed up! I follow a lot of travel pages and I'm into everything travel so anytime I see something I'd want to do; I add it to my bucket list. I have some crazy death defying activities as well as things that are challenging to me or opposite of my natural personality on my list. Basically I'm not a fan of fear so I've added all of these crazy things on my list to conquer those fears in exotic countries!!!
Am I rich?!? Absolutely not; in fact far from it. But I enjoy traveling so much that I've made it a game to get the best deals and do as many activities as possible in short windows of time as a weird hobby of mine. I'm definitely a budget traveler!

Thinking about going on a trip soon but don’t know where to start with the planning? No worries; we’ve definitely got you covered. You handle the flight and from the minute you touch down at your destination we have everything else covered from your airport transfers to daily activities, lodging & excursions. We aren’t travel agents. We plan and focus on the actual travel experiences once you’re at your destination.
Refund Policy:
-Nonrefundable or transferable deposit/reservation fee.
-All installment payments made are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
-Refunds will be given to those who fail to submit the liability and release waiver form on all HOSTED GROUP TRIPS within the designated 48 hours.
-Refunds may be requested up to 3 days after a deposit is made for all PRIVATE TRAVEL PLANNING TRIPS. All payments made post deposit/reservation fee or on the 4th day post deposit booking are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Flights & Insurance:
-Flights are not included. It is the traveler's responsibility to arrange & book their flights. Any travelers insurance or protection plans should be considered but isn’t required and is the responsibility of the traveler to secure.
Health & Liability Waiver:
In the event you are injured while traveling and/or participating in any capacity to/in any holiday/vacation arranged by Elite Eventz, LLC, you agree to assume all financial obligations for any and all medical costs. By submitting your deposit you acknowledge that you and all members of your party are of sound health; and any physically strenuous activities are at the full discretion and liability of the traveler(s).
Photo, Video & Media Release:
By signing up and remitting payment for any Meet Up Trips/Travel organized by Elite Eventz, LLC you do hereby release and grant permission to Elite Eventz, LLC its employees, or agents to have the right to take photographs, videotape, or digital recordings of you through-out the duration of the trip and use these images in any and all media, now or hereafter known, and exclusively for the purpose of marketing including, but not limited to both electronic and print form publicly or privately and to market and sell copies.
