Coordination services starting 6 weeks prior to your wedding, designed for the couple who have already put all the pieces together, but would like to sit back and enjoy their wedding day as they’ve envisioned.
This will consist of two meetings, to collect and review all of your vendor contracts and walk through the final itinerary and event details. Our team will prepare a detailed itinerary that coordinates the setup & breakdown of all vendors and all the activities of both your ceremony and reception. Your Associate Planner. will be there to guide you along the way for both the rehearsal and the big day.

Full Service Planning & Coordination
This collection is a luxury level of service which encompasses all facets of wedding planning, production, design, coordination and hands-on management. It has been meticulously crafted for the couple who wish to truly enjoy every moment of this enchanted time coupled with the knowledge that a professional planner is seamlessly orchestrating all the details of the event.
You will receive all of the bells & whistles; unlimited meetings, event design, assistance with all of the little details such as attire selection, a planning and preparation meeting with your entire wedding party, website creation, we’ll receive and record your RSVPs, and guest concierge services for all of your out-of-town guests!
